The plan is to lead the way in transforming municipalities across Brazil and later globally. We undertake feasibility studies to structure tenders that align with the needs of each municipality. Given the limited pool of qualified suppliers, we are consistently positioned to secure the procurement contract.
The procurement contract involves an initial investment alongside ongoing maintenance and management costs. Guarantees from the state and banks underscore the reliability of payouts, rendering these ventures attractive to investors. Our strategic collaborations with leading global companies strengthen our position, ensuring access to advisory, supply, and cooperative resources, critical components to ensure success in the PPP sector.
Our case study is the municipality of Carmo do Cajuru, which received global recognition and was awarded by the UN as the most efficient green smart city model. To date, the Rio de Janeiro smart city is the largest PPP we have structured and won as a tender, a comprehensive modernization of city lighting and essential infrastructure.
